764, 766, 768 (W) Dual Actuator Welded Chamber Mounted Switches

Models 764W, 766W and 768W are dual actuator controls. Each control is available with a wide variety of switches. These units are long welded chambers with nominal body diameters of 4” to 8”. The long welded steel chamber totally encloses the solid graphite displacer (S.S. Displacer Option). Process connections are 1” NPT (standard). Process connections are available in other sizes and configurations (Flanged). These units are sized to meet your specific gravity and switching differential needs. “W” chambers are also used when a stainless steel displacer or special body length is required.
250 Boiler Control Unit

The Omnitrol Liquid Level Control Model 250 is a chamber mounted unit designed for a variety of uses in boiler water level control applications. It utilizes a unique patented constantly engaged magnetic field concept which assures a positive switch in both the rise and fall of liquid levels without the introduction of springs or other mechanical devices. Unlike other Omnitrol units, the Model 250 utilizes a stainless steel internal float assembly rather than a displacer, housed within a cast iron chamber. It is supplied as standard with a SPDT switch housed within any of three electrical enclosures.
666-668 (C) Single Actuator Chamber Mounted Switch

Models 666C and 668C are single actuator controls. They are short welded chambers with excellent low specific gravity and high pressure capabilities. Each control is available with a wide variety of switches. The controls use a short welded chamber which totally encloses the solid graphite displacer. Connections are 1 NPT.

610-710 Top Mounted Level Control Switches Graphite Displacers

The Omnitrol Model 610 single stage control and the 710 two stage control are top mounted level switches of the adjustable differential type and utilize graphite as standard displacer material. Graphite, which is an extruded material having no binders to fail, is virtually indestructible making it ideal for corrosive application controlling chemical and petroleum products in wide temperature and pressure ranges. Because they are of the solid displacer type they are unaffected by pressures, leakage, collapsing, or surface agitation, making them well suited for difficult applications such as surging or agitated liquids.
613-713 Top Mounted Level Control Switches Porcelain Displacers

The Omnitrol Model 613 single stage control and the Model 713 two stage, (Dual Actuator), control are top mounted level switches of the adjustable differential type and utilize porcelain as standard displacer material. Porcelain offers several advantages such as low cost and high density for use in applications such as sewage, oils, paints and foaming and surging liquids. The displacer is styled, and the surface glazed, to help prevent adherence of oils and other contaminants common to applied processes. These controls have solid displacers which are unaffected by pressure, leakage, and collapsing.
616-716 Top Mounted Level Control Switches Stainless Steel Displacers

The Omnitrol Model 616 single actuator and the Model 716 double actuator are top mounted level switches. These controls have a standard 2-1/2 NPT connection and are also available with various sized flanges. The displacer is made from stainless steel tube. With a simple field adjustment, the displacer can be positioned to any desired elevation below the mounting connection to open and/or close an electric or pneumatic switch. The distance between the on/off or open/close is adjustable from a minimum of 2-1/2 (in a specific gravity of 1.0) to the maximum length of the cable, which is 10 feet (standard). Controls may be supplied with cables up to 75 feet for 600 series controls and 40 feet for 700 series.
621-721 Top Mounted Level Control Switches Lead Displacers

The Omnitrol Model 621 single stage controls and the Model 721 two stage controls are special purpose top mounted level switches of the fixed differential type. The feature which sets these level devices apart from other top mounted controls is the lead displacers that are suspended on a stainless steel beaded chain for the purpose of determining floating roof tank top alarm positions.
