Cosasco has developed a line of patented internal corrosion monitoring access fittings. By using an insert made of Hastelloy® C276, the seal seat areas and threads are protected from corrosion damage. Hastelloy® C276 is a strong passive film forming material. Consequently, as a cathode in a galvanic cell, it tends to pass very little current. This tendency and the large anode-to-cathode area ratio eliminates galvanic corrosion.
Service Valve Kit RBS 6000

Cosasco RBS 6000 Service Valve Kits are especially designed for use with Cosasco Access Fittings and RSL/RBS/RBSA Retrievers. Attached to the access fitting body, the valve is the control which allows the pressurized product to enter the retriever during insertion and removal of Cosasco Solid or Hollow Plug Assemblies. It also contains the pressurized product when the retriever is disconnected. This kit allows for pipeline maintenance and corrosion monitoring.

Cosasco Secondary Process Containment Covers offer an extra layer of protection when a second level of safety is required. With a pressure rating of up to 10,000 psi and standard viton o-ring, the high pressure retaining covers meet or exceed the extra level of protection required.
