The Rotronic AwTherm water activity meter is temperature-controlled to determine the water activity of a sample maintained at a known temperature.Water activity, which is used as a measure of product consistency, is strongly dependent on temperature. Stabilizing the temperature prevents imprecise results
due to external temperature influences. The AwTherm\'s wide control range permits measurements to be obtained directly in the tempered manufacturing or storage process.
The meter\'s measuring head is removable, which allows for greater precision, since the probe can be calibrated or adjusted for both temperature and humidity.

Seametrics TempHion Water Quality Sensor

The Seametrics TempHion is a submersible water quality sensor and datalogger that includes a ph/ORP or Bromide element as well as one thermistor-based temperature element. It is a microprocessor-based sensor with built-in data logging. The internal processor in the TempHion allows for calibration, using calibration utilities in Aqua4Plus. Once calibrated, this calibration data is stored in non-volatile memory within the Smart Sensor. When data is collected, this calibration information is applied to the data, resulting in highly accurate readings at a wide range of temperatures.
